Аннотация

Цель — выявить наиболее значимые этапы развития материалов и методов изготовления базисов съемных протезов.
Материалы и методы.
Проведена оценка публикаций базы данных PubMed. Поиск осуществлялся с применением дискрипторов «метилметакрилат», «methyl methacrylate» и «материалы для базисов съемных протезов», «materials for removable denture bases». Под базисом протеза понимают материал, контактирующий с протезным ложем, функциями которого является сохранение устойчивости протеза и прочного удержания искусственных зубов.
Результаты.
Анализ публикаций позволил выявить широкий спектр научных подходов к оптимизации и применению материалов для изготовления съемных протезов. Каждый из них обладает набором положительных и отрицательных характеристик.
Заключение.
Выявлен широкий спектр научных подходов к оптимизации и применению материалов для изготовления съемных протезов.
